When we feel under pressure, often it feels as if these pressures come mostly from outside at us all the time. However, when we should take distance and study our situation, we might discover 2 important things: 1. The pressure we feel inside will disappear as soon we have found the solution or answer on our problem. This pressured feeling was caused by our own insecurity. Pressure will evaporate as soon we see clarity and can throw our doubts into the bin. This so far is the pressure from within ourselves. Now about pressure from outside: 2. Of course the people around us have their own comparable doubts about all kind of subjects, and when they smell you are struggling with a comparable/recognizable subject, they will project their doubts onto you, as if you are a sparring partner. When you are strong enough to fulfil this function as boxing ball you could help people with their struggles, but if you feel not up to this, just refuse -stop it- as long as you need your rest. Recently we had to deal with pressure as result of Jael's stroke; the cause of which high blood pressure is the main candidate. Jael has 'markedly elevated' blood pressure, while caring doctors and family/friends 'had their doubts about our move not to follow medical advice and taking pills against high blood pressure.
